BANNING an independent, specialist law firm with a national and international clientele and practice.

With more than 85 lawyers working from our offices in’s-Hertogenbosch and Rotterdam, we are active in 9 specialist practice areas. We regularly form specialist teams from the different practice areas to enhance the quality and development of our service.

Besides the wide-ranging experience that BANNING possesses in some nine areas of law, we possess special knowledge of and experience in using this expertise effectively in the care, energy, technology, automotive and financial services sectors.

BANNING’s research department provides all its lawyers with up-to-date information in connection with the cases they are dealing with, and publishes in academic journals and other media.

BANNING has its own educational institute for the internal and external training of lawyers: BANNING Opleidingen. Part of this institute is the BANNING Draakenstein educational programme for lawyers who come to work at BANNING.
